The path from the sample to the result
The scope of the desired examination and results protocol is determined in a joint discussion.

Preclinical imaging:
Samples can be examined fresh, frozen or in a fixed state. Core Facility staff usually carry out the work offered.

Only in vivo studies on rodents require the participation of a qualified member of the client, who is also responsible for preparation and anaesthesia during the study.

For more extensive studies, project members can also be trained specifically for their research question and carry out the desired investigations independently after successful familiarization.

Patient/subject examinations:
A valid ethics vote is required for the examinations. The desired examinations can be booked in by the HIS on the previously discussed operating days.

In the case of more extensive studies, project members can also be trained specifically for their research question and carry out the desired studies independently after successful familiarization.
